"Dear Mist Soap, I would like to thank you for making such a quality bar of lye soap.  I made an order for your regular lye soap a few months ago for a 7 year old daughter who suffers from light eczema behind both knees, going up both lower thighs.  I didn't want to keep using the steriod creams docs kept prescribing, so I made some other changes, which included using your lye soap instead of store bought soaps.  I began rubbing the lye soap on her eczema with every bath and guess what?  Voila!
